Mr. Harlan Leroy “Lee”Henderson “Dubbie” Sunrise March 21, 1944 - Sunset November 21, 2022 Mr. Harlan lee Henderson affectionately known as Dubbie was born March 21, 1944 in Detroit Michigan. To the parents of Ruth (Maples) and Lloyd Henderson. The 5th child of 6. Mr. Lee was raised in the Brewster projects alongside some of Motown’s favorite artist he loved telling the stories of back in the day. He graduated from high school and eventually got hired at General Motors where he worked until he retired with 30+ years. Lee was a very stylish man, a cool guy, A talker, a businessman, a Detroit socialite, A ladies man that you could always see riding around in his Cadillacs or his 1977 Corvette. He also was a believer in Christ he visited a few church homes throughout his life. He was well loved by friends and family. Mr. Harlan LEE Henderson Leaves to cherish his memories. 2 sons whom which he loved dearly Deon LaVelle Jackson of Dallas Texas, Damarius Deandre Lee (Stacey) Green of Detroit Michigan. Two sisters Marguerite DeJearnette ,Evelyn McKinney and one brother-in-law Harold Brown SR all of Detroit. A host of nieces, nephews, god kids and friends special niece Jewell Wilson. Special godson Gerald stone, friend LueBertha McClellen. Mothers of his sons Judy Jackson and Dorinda Trina Harris. Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his newborn daughter, mother and father Ruth and Lloyd Henderson brother Lloyd Henderson, Sisters Yvonne Brown and Dolores Ansari Our family wishes to convey our sincerest appreciation for your prayers and support during the illness and passing of our love ones we are blessed to have friends and family like you and are thankful for all you’ve done.
