Mr. Wendell Emond Bradley

Wendell Emond Bradley was born November 19, 1986 in Detroit, MI to Robin Bradley and Wendell Lewis at Grace Hospital in Detroit Michigan. He was so ready to be a part of this world that he arrived a month early, making his impact. Wendell being his first name, everyone affectionally called him by his middle name Emond or Dell. Early in life, Emond attended Keidan Elementary. It was there where it was foretold that this wasn’t just an ordinary student, but a student with potential and prospect. Emond later attended Courtis Elementary where his light would shine even brighter. On the standardized MEAP Test, Emond ‘Aced’ it! As told by his sixth grade teacher, he got every question correct. The world was his and he knew it. Emond continued school at Noble Junior High, where both his parents went to, and met each other for the first time. Emond then attended Romulus High School and later obtained his GED. Emond enjoyed sports, specifically basketball. He played on his junior high team where his love for the game flourished. His love for learning was beyond what was considered normal. He wanted more than just what a conventional institution could ever teach or offer him. He sought knowledge from every aspect imaginable in his environment. This is how Emond, at 18 years old, paved his own way into what he considered to be a prosperous lifestyle. Emond thrived as an entrepreneur and unselfishly taught others to embrace their entrepreneurial talents, using their verbal and public relations skills. Thereby, showing others how to eat and making a living. In short, he was a Boss! Emond was such an infectious person socially. His presence was felt whenever his voice was heard. His laugh, when and if you heard it, would resonate and evoke more laughter and happiness. A master of words, he became a lyricist; writing, producing and performing rap songs. He entertained his peers and the like and earned the name of Treycheddar Cash. He influenced others of this genre to write, produce, and perform their own creations. Emond was special, a gift to anyone within this presence. He was a light for many who wanted to do things their way. Emond departed this life and made his new home beside our Lord and Savior on April 17, 2024 at 9:30 p.m. He was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents, Bradley and Lewis. He leaves to cherish his memories: Robin K Bradley (Mother), Wendell Allison Lewis (Father); Anthony Armstrong (Brother), Tyree Jamal Lewis (Brother), Ebony Wilson (Sister), and Vera Lewis (Bonus Mother); along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and spiritual brothers and sisters that all knew and loved him.
