Mrs. Tisha LaShawn Fitzpatrick

In Loving Memory Of Tisha Lashawn Thomas was born on November 12, 1976, to the union of Lorraine and Lorenzo Thomas. She had a couple of last names through the years, including Toval and eventually Fitzpatrick, which was ironically her mother’s maiden name, gained by the family who adopted her when she was young. Tisha was an exceedingly kind and loving person; often using the expression “we Scorpios love hard.” Tisha was there for everyone; always willing to help family, friends and even a stranger on a whim. She had also had a feisty side too. If you got on her bad side, she would definitely let you know about it. Tisha was the glue of the family. She was adamant about family sticking together and would get highly upset if she felt as though they were not. It was her joy to provide a place for family and friends to congregate. She was very organized and kept up with all the family’s important matters; making sure her kids and husband stayed on top of what they needed to do in life. She provided advise and supported to them whenever they asked for it…and even when they did not; but forever standing by their side. As responsible as she was, she was also stubborn and not the type of person to hold back; she always said exactly how or what she felt. Tisha was not afraid to have fun, party, get on the dance floor and dance the night away. She was a woman whose family meant the world to her. They were her everything and she was the same to them. Tisha will be greatly and deeply missed. This world has truly lost an angel whose presence can never be replaced. She has been sent home to be with her Heavenly Father and loved ones that have gone before her. Tisha departed this life on July 16, 2024, preceded in death by her mother, Lorraine Thomas. She leaves to cherish in her loving memories: her devoted husband; Bruce Fitzpatrick; (four) children; Henry Ernest Toval VI, Marquis Toval and Asia Flemming; father; Lorenzo Thomas (one) granddaughter; Serenity (three) sisters; Hope Williams, LaKeeta (Ron) Barbee, Ny-Ki Williams and Keisha Walker; (two) brothers; Dennis (Renae) Williams II and Matthew (Cresta) Ellington; (two) nieces; Shamari and Paris (six) nephews; Tyler, Trevor, Matthew II, Jacion, Dennis III and Darion; special friends, Charles and Destiny Green; and a host of aunts, uncles cousins, extended family and friends.
